ALL ORDERS FOR PRINTED FABRICS WILL BE ROUNDED UP TO THE NEAREST FULL METRE.
Due to variation in roll size, order requirements of 10m+ may be supplied in multiple pieces.
MINIMUM ORDER
Our minimum order for printed fabrics is 4 meters, however smaller quantities can be supplied subject to availability of stock and/or production facilities.

LAUNDRY
Most Panaz printed fabrics can be washed or dry-cleaned without losing any flame retardant properties and with minimal shrinkage.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
Please note Panaz reserve the right to update product specification at their discretion.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
CLAIMS OR RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ONCE FABRIC HAS BEEN CUT.
Products must be inspected before cutting or further processing. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the fabric delivered is correct and meets expectation. If the goods are being delivered to a third party then it is the responsibility of the purchasing company to supply a sample of the fabric to the third party, so that they can make the necessary checks upon delivery.
Any claims for damage, shortage or any error in the fabric delivered must be notified in writing to Panaz within 7 days of delivery.
Any claims for shortages must be accompanied by a copy of the piece ticket.
Faulty goods may be replaced at the sole discretion of the Company.
Goods are supplied on the condition that the liability of the Company for any fault, defect, description or fitness for purpose is limited to any amount not exceeding the original invoice price.
FLAME RETARDANCY
All Panaz contract fabrics are inherently flame retardant or are finished to reach the desired flame retardancy levels and they do not require any further treatment.
FR certificates are available upon request.
SHADE MATCH AND PATTERN REPEATS
Although every effort is made to ensure that fabrics ordered match the colours in our pattern cards and books, slight variations may occur from batch to batch.
Please note Panaz reserve the right to update product specification at their discretion.
Pattern repeat can vary between fabrics and should fall within a +/- 3% tolerance of the advertised repeat.
WIDE-WIDTH FABRICS
Clients should be aware when ordering wide-width fabrics that these fabrics are wide-width, and that Panaz will not be responsible for the return of any fabrics ordered in excess of requirements due to customer error.
Please note wide-width fabrics are highlighted in bold text and surrounded by a red box on the price list.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
Products are supplied subject to the Company’s standard Terms and Conditions of Sale unless otherwise agreed in writing. A full copy is available on request.
The product shall, notwithstanding delivery, remain the sole property of the Company until all amounts owing to the Company by the customer, on any account whatsoever, have been paid to the Company in full.
All designs, drawings, etc, are the Company’s copyright, any infringement of which will be actioned by law.
Panaz reserve the right to discontinue designs and base cloths or increase prices at their discretion.
In all instances it is the responsibility of the buyer to identify correct usage against.
